Driving Sales:
-Achieving sales goals and improving all trackable KPIs
-Partnering with the AM in continuously improving store results and KPIs
-Assisting DM in building action plan for the stores
-15 Hours per week (may work additional days in a store based on business needs, special events,high goaled days).

-Assist SMs in controlling inventory expenses
-Responsible for stores shrink controls and inventories processes
-Ensure that the store is fully prepared for physical inventory
-Ensure physical on hand matches the Raymark recorded levels
-Assist preparedness for physical inventories and contribute to shrink decrease
-Ensures a balance of stock levels among the stores in the district based on store volume and need
-Ensure all store to store transfers are documented, and forms go to allocator
-Assist SMs in controlling damages and testers
-Ensure Bin to Bin transfers are being completed accurately and on time
-Ensure close interaction with AM concerning merchandise transfers and OH accuracy through the entire year
-Maintains consistent, uncompromising high standards for cleanliness, presentation of the drawers, stock room shelves and boutique shelves
-Inform SMs and DMs of all inventory issues
-Responsible for completing own expense report and will submit to AM for approval
-Respect all P&Ps
-Communicate security and loss problems to DM and home store SM

Leadership and development:
-Assist DM in Training and developing new stock associates
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-Partner with DM in coaching associates on KPI and behaviors
-Report any breach of company policy at the store level to the DM and home store SM
-Communicate questions, feed-back, and suggestions to the DM and home store SM
-Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
-Maintains and enforces high standards of personal image in compliance with company guidelines and dress code.
-Maintains the highest level of product knowledge

Customer Service:
-Responsible for locating OOS products for customers
-Responsible and accountable for high standards of customer service
-Understands product knowledge, brand identity/development, and True Stories
-Store reflects the look and feel of the brand the highest level.
-Is an ambassador for L'Occitane
-Has a deep understanding for the brand

-Maintains an enthusiasm for the product range
