L'OCCITANE continues to grow, opening several new boutiques nationwide. L'OCCITANE seeks to revive the Provencal way of life and traditions through high quality, effective personal care products as a great answer for natural well-being.
POSITION SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Store Opening Planning and Execution:
•Assist the PR manager to develop detailed plans for each new store opening and ensure the effective and on-time execution of all opening initiatives including promotions, kits, signage, sampling, local activities, digital communication, social media communication, etc.
•Work with Retail Operations, L&D and across the broader Marketing team to ensure alignment, effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns, especially the interface with E-Commerce, CRM and Merchandising
•Responsible for creating all promotion codes, cheat sheets, parameters reports as well as activating promotion codes as needed.
Campaign Event Planning and Execution:
•Work with PR Manager to develop detailed plans for all special events (major campaigns, charitable partnerships, external partnerships, etc.) and ensure the effective and on-time execution of all events including promotions, kits, signage, sampling, local activities, digital communication, social media communication, etc.
•Work with PR Manager to share insights with the NAA Region/International Marketing & PR team to ensure compelling and consistent communication of the brand and brand values across all initiatives.
•Responsible for briefing all event creative (print and web) as well as sourcing material or accessories relevant for the events.
Analysis and Reporting:
•Monitor specific aspects of the Retail Marketing/PR budget ensuring active monitoring and cost effective spend at all times.
•Responsible for delivering on time weekly new store opening reporting, monthly event recaps, GWP reports and PR recap monthly reports.
Monitor competitor activities/initiatives and performance of L’OCCITANE initiatives.
