The Learning & Development Manager will work as part of the Retail and Learning & Development departments to increase retail sales by identifying and driving key areas of opportunity and training needs. (S)he will develop Best Practice programs to address these needs and facilitate training for Employees on both our existing and new products in both a classroom setting and in the field. Additionally, the Learning & Development Manager will work to develop a strong 'numbers' focused culture using the managing tools and processes of Managing for Success.
- Implement retail store training programs for all levels of field management and associates.
- Conduct training classes on product information, selling techniques, POS, Polices and Procedures, counseling, coaching, skincare, conversion and merchandising.
- Develop training materials including outlines and course material.
- Partner with the senior Field management to create specific programs for all field positions including: Associate, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, District Manager and Retail Director.
