The Associate CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the direct marketing efforts for the Company’s retail business. The Associate CRM Marketing Manager will also assist the Director of CRM & Digital Marketing in growing and utilizing the Company’s multi-channel customer database to best support profitable growth across all channels.
These responsibilities include:

• Execute and assess the strategy and performance of our customer life cycle communication across the Retail and Web channels.
• Build customer centric programs with relevant communication based on shopping behaviors and patterns.
• Work closely with retail & digital marketing managers on the design of direct mail pieces and email communication to ensure compelling and consistent communication of the brand.
• Manage print production process and help ensure direct mail projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Drive the thought leadership behind the analysis of the customer database; including segmentation, profiling, sales and promotion performance, and modeling, to identify opportunities to improve targeting, grow sales and strengthen customer relationships
• Monitor the quality and growth of the Company’s multi-channel customer database, with a key focus on improving registration data collection and the attachment of customer transactions to the registry
• Manage third party relationships for direct mail initiatives
• Execute ad hoc reporting requests to help improve overall customer understanding
• Budget responsibility for direct mail expenditures, with focus on improving ROI

• BA / BSC required
• 2 years experience in beauty, luxury or lifestyle retail businesses
• Passion for brands, products and consumer understanding
• Delivery / results focus, with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Flexible approach – constantly looking for new ideas
• Ability to work well within a team, as a team player
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with limited supervision and under tight timeframes
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/database applications
