POSITION SUMMARY:

L'Occitane’s US Ecommerce team is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to support the maintenance and growth of its online presence. The right candidate should be computer savvy and detail oriented with an eye for design. The Ecommerce Manager will provide support to the US web team and take on management of several online marketing channels. This includes (but is not limited to) social media campaigns, assisting with site content creation for marketing campaigns, managing affiliate partnerships, supporting display strategy, and creating weekly and monthly reports; as well as supporting the Ecommerce team with any other special projects that may arise.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily social media calendar and execute on it.
• Create weekly and monthly marketing reports for distribution.
• Assist with updating site creatives and monitoring testing initiatives.
• Manage and develop affiliate partnerships.
• Support display and retargeting initiatives.
• Support all of the members of the team with additional projects including competitive tracking, data analysis and operational projects.
 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress with minimum GPA of 3.3 or better.
• 1-2 years experience, in an e-commerce role and ideally in Social Media, Media Buys and Affiliate Marketing
• An understanding of HTML and Photoshop with a passion for digital space.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills mandatory.
• Must be able to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines.
