POSITION: Regional Web Administrator

L'Occitane’s North Atlantic Ecommerce team is looking for a Regional Web Administrator to support the maintenance and growth of its online presence. The right candidate should be computer savvy and detail oriented with an eye for design. The Regional Web Administrator will provide support to the US and Regional web teams (including UK, Canada, Australia). This includes (but is not limited to) assisting with new site feature implementation, executing digital marketing campaigns, reviewing sites to ensure accuracy, and creating weekly and monthly reports; as well as supporting the Ecommerce team with any other special projects that may arise.
Collaborate with web team, digital training, digital marketing, web masters and web design teams to:
Update and maintain the region L’OCCITANE website via admin system
Implement day to day digital campaign activities based on campaign calendar; including but not limited to execution of digital campaign content, new features and adjustments.
Create weekly and monthly marketing reports for distribution.
Assist with proofing of emails, new site features, and other creative content.
Support all of the members of the team with additional projects including competitive tracking, data analysis, operational projects, and international initiatives.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress with minimum GPA of 3.5 or better.
Minimum 6 months experience in an office environment; preferably in an e-commerce or administrative role.
An understanding of HTML and Photoshop with a passion for digital space.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills mandatory.
Must be able to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines.
