POSITION SUMMARY:
Guarantees the integrity of material master data throughout the whole life of the product and across all systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product creation
Collects needs of all local SKUs, kit skus, and bill of material required for the business and requests their creation to the Central Master Data team in Manosque.
Define the default parameters needed when materials are created by Manosque
Check all new material code (internal and external) integration in GEODE & POS.
Check all new products (internal and external) key parameters
SAP open to sale status by channel
SAP delivery units by channel / lot sizes/ retail ordering units in POS/ delivery units in Geode etc…
Type of packaging (box, pallet…) / Quantity of product in each packaging
Expiration date check vs batch consistency
Check and input sales quotas for novelties

Product follow-up
Follow up and update material master data according to life cycle:
Manage the retail order form: remove discontinued products
Maintain the open to sale status of a product.
Check consistency of DRP status vs life cycle of product and product catalogue.
Run reports on material and inform teams about changes when needed

 
SKILLS NEEDED:
Minimum 2 year experience in Master Data management (customer service or sales manager)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
