L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE, founded in 1976 in the Provence region of France, is a worldwide brand that offers premium, natural-based, personal care and well being Provencal products and services. L'OCCITANE continues to grow, opening several new boutiques nationwide. L'OCCITANE seeks to revive the Provencal way of life and traditions through high quality, effective personal care products as a great answer for natural well-being.
National accounts support:
•Update macros master file of sales, this year versus last year, for each account executive territories with detailed information about each door for each account.
•Help train closely with National accounts intern and new account executives
•Support National Account Director and Key account Manager with preparation for conference meetings, agendas and meeting material
•Maintain and update order forms, assortment plans and communicate for the National accounts
•Close communication with the Nordstrom and Sephora buying teams
Management of key Independent accounts and web partners
•Manage the communication with the accounts
•Ensure that accounts are getting good customer service from all the L’Occitane department involved (accounting, customer service, training….)
•New item set up (form requested by customers and web partners) and New account set up
oPlanograms and suggested assortments
oCoordinating with Marketing/Merchandising to provide range signs, clings, duratrans
oPresentations – Market Week meetings, Holiday, Prospects etc.
oNewsletters and email blasts
•Forecasting and reporting
oFiscal Year sales budget and P&L
oForecasting for new launches
oUpdating future master for core SKUs with USDC team
oCoordinating with warehouse to ensure products are in stock
oEOMs and analyzing sales
oSales budget vs. forecasting budget exercise
