The Training Developer will work as part of the Retail and Training departments to help manage and increase retail sales by reviewing, redefining and creating instructional materials. He/She will create generic sales, product, management, operations, and merchandising content for a global learning network.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly updates and distribution of permanent training files including but not limited to training book, training notebook, wholesale work books, job aides, quizzes, selling tools and programs, skincare p.p and body care p.p. Assistance in the creating of new static tools such as training protocols, mini-movies, training validations, job aides, sales training, quizzes, enhanced management modules and adaptations of materials for beginner to advanced levels. Analysis of current e-learning system to identify opportunity, coordination of e-learning pilots, tutorial development, interactive protocols and on-line selling simulations. Global needs analysis- use studies, surveys of current use of tools by global partners, follow up on other possible global needs.
